As a Mission Operations Manager, C2, you will join the Air Defense team to orchestrate the deployment of flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. You will lead planning, coordinate with engineering and logistics teams, train end users, and ensure high product performance while gathering feedback to improve user experience. The role requires building trust with customers and partners through clear communication and proactive relationship management. You will translate complex technical concepts into operational requirements to help engineers shape products that solve critical national and international security challenges. Key competencies include project management, structured problem-solving, and a mission-first mindset. Preferred expertise includes C2 hardware and software, networking, CUAS, and air and missile defense. The role addresses the challenge of detecting and defeating UAS threats through advanced technology and integrated systems.
Lead the planning and deployment of flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions.

Gather customer feedback to improve user experience and evolve operational tactics and techniques.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable operational requirements and performance specifications for engineering teams.

Manage relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders through clear communication and follow-through.
Coordinate across multiple departments including engineering, logistics, finance, and legal to ensure successful product delivery.
What we're looking for
Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
Proven project management skills as an organized creative problem-solver.
Experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building influence through relationships.
Ability to translate and decompose highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Experience with C2 hardware/software, networking, CUAS, or air and missile defense (preferred).
Familiarity with command and control concepts, processes, and principles; prior military/government acquisition or contracting experience; or ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
