Senior Trainer

What you'll do

• Manage the training team and orchestrate the delivery of technical instruction for Anduril products.
• Build repeatable systems and processes to partner with product teams in developing training curriculums.
• Oversee a team of trainers providing classroom presentations and hands-on instruction at customer sites.
• Design and manage diverse training collateral including simulations, computer-based training, and practical exercises.
• Ensure all training materials remain current with new features and technical updates.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to capture product updates for end users.
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying pain points to inform new product features.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience building, delivering, and overseeing training for complex products.
• Must have a background in training management including planning, developing, and delivering instruction.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time, including travel to Hazard Zones.
• Preferred experience managing training POIs and major events for military or Special Operations Forces.
• Preferred ability to explain technical terminology and solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Preferred ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence others without a hierarchical relationship.
