AMP Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute commercial education strategies aligned with business priorities and product portfolios.
• Design and implement scalable training programs and educational content for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Partner cross-functionally to align education initiatives with commercial strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Use key performance indicators to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve educational programs.
• Analyze data to provide insights that optimize targeting, engagement, and learning outcomes.
• Manage projects, programs, and processes related to education across multiple stakeholders.
• Create innovative digital and blended learning solutions to enhance capability building.
• Ensure all education and training activities comply with regulatory, quality, and company standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field is required.
• An advanced degree such as an MBA, MA, or MS is preferred.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of professional experience in commercial excellence, education, training, or related functions.
• Proven experience developing and executing training programs within a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in coaching colleagues and managing projects aligned with commercial strategy.
• Experience in MedTech or healthcare is preferred along with knowledge of adult learning principles.
