Technical Training Coordinator

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and training lifecycle for new hires and existing staff in the Metals department.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all training-related KPIs, certifications, and system enrollments.
• Coordinate and execute account requests and permission setups for critical semiconductor manufacturing systems.
• Develop and implement technical training programs, including equipment and process development plans for engineers and technicians.
• Track trainee progress through certification milestones and identify "slow progress" trends to report to leadership.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to design training plans aligned with Fab Engineering objectives.
• Oversee the transition of current staff into cross-training and career development plans.
• Ensure compliance by managing enrollments, attendance, and resolving overdue courses in the learning management system.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in technical training, onboarding, or operational coordination roles.
• Experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proven experience managing learning management systems or certification tracking software.
• Ability to track multiple concurrent deadlines and manage rosters for large groups of technical personnel.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence both new hires and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Fab Engineering software tools and "Workmanship Essentials" standards is preferred.
• Must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
