What you'll do

Oversee end-to-end trade processing controls including order entry, execution, and settlement within the payment space.
Monitor and manage asset and cash levels using advanced knowledge of market products to identify risks.

Lead and manage a diverse team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Design and implement key controls across the entire trade lifecycle process.
Resolve and mitigate reconciliation issues for Prime Brokerage products by liaising with global partners.
Communicate data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and senior management through professional presentations.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience in trading services, specifically in order execution, trade execution, and settlement.
Advanced skills in using automation technologies to optimize trading systems and processes.
Advanced knowledge of market products, including definitions, operating procedures, and industry regulations.
Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Expertise in data analysis techniques and the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
Ability to create and deliver professional presentations to senior management and stakeholders both in person and virtually.
Experience in corporate banking, payments, Prime Brokerage, securities settlements, or asset servicing is preferred.
Proficiency in using AI and machine learning to enhance trade service processes and decision-making.
