Technical Project Manager III

What you'll do

• Build relationships with customers to identify challenges and develop solutions that drive satisfaction.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
• Guide Product Owners and Technical Partners on non-feature work required for product delivery and operational metrics.
• Partner with leadership to improve planning processes and deliver scalable solutions that reduce development effort.
• Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
• Define program scope and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams.
• Analyze program performance data to implement optimizations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review of all outputs.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management or product management leading complex projects in a large organization.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in highly dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple requests simultaneously.
• Process-oriented with strong organization, problem solving, time management, and analytical skills.
• Experience building and working with high-performing teams in a complex organization with a focus on process improvement (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various levels of management (preferred).
• Ability to use and analyze data or organizational metrics to foster continuous improvement (preferred).
