What you'll do

Manage the lifecycle of trading capabilities including order management, portfolio rebalancing, and trade execution.
Define near-to-mid-term product roadmaps and release plans for specific trading features.
Translate business strategy into PRDs and epics while managing the product backlog across multiple engineering teams.
Coordinate delivery across design, engineering, data, QA, and compliance departments to ensure operational readiness.
Define success metrics and build dashboards to monitor order quality, latency, and system reliability.
Plan go-to-market strategies including API documentation, marketing coordination, and internal training.
Prepare value cases and impact estimates for new asset classes or trading capabilities.
Ensure all product decisions comply with regulatory requirements and best execution obligations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of product management experience in technology settings.
Experience in fintech, brokerage, or capital markets is strongly preferred.
Proven success managing the product lifecycle for a product or major capability while coordinating across multiple teams.
Experience defining product KPIs and ensuring operational readiness through documentation, training, and go-to-market coordination.
Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle including order entry, routing, execution, clearing, and settlement.
Technical depth in architecture, APIs, FIX connectivity, event-driven systems, and data models.
Ability to translate strategy into PRDs/epics and manage product-level backlogs across multiple teams.
