What you'll do

Manage end-to-end post-trade operations including clearance, balancing, trade matching, settlement, reconciliation, and break management.
Oversee daily controls and exception governance while escalating material operational risks and issues promptly.
Perform root-cause analysis on breaks and processing exceptions to implement sustainable remediation solutions.
Lead strategic automation initiatives by gathering requirements, prioritizing projects, and implementing technology improvements.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, quantify impacts, and inform senior management decision-making.
Establish and monitor KPIs and service-level agreements to ensure operational performance and accountability.
Strengthen the control environment through effective governance, issue management, and audit readiness.
Provide leadership and coaching to develop talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience in Purchase and Sales Operations, Securities Operations, Trading Services, or a related post-trade function.
Expertise in trade lifecycle processing including clearance, balancing, matching, settlement, reconciliation, and break management.
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity products, market practices, and operational controls.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional investigations and remediation efforts with Trading, Technology, Product, and Risk partners.
Experience managing operational risk, control effectiveness, audit readiness, and governance frameworks.
Demonstrated experience using automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for trend identification, impact assessment, and strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and deliver presentations to senior management.
