What you'll do

Build relationships with customers to identify challenges and develop solutions that drive satisfaction.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Lead the intake and prioritization process for a portfolio of operational and technology initiatives.
Establish and manage quality assurance processes to ensure work requests are well-defined and supported by clear requirements.
Guide Product Owners and Technical Partners on non-feature work required to meet operating metrics and commitments.
Develop executive-level dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into portfolio performance and business outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Analyze program performance data to implement optimizations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management or product management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Strong organizational, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills to support operational excellence and strategic planning.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in highly dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple requests simultaneously.
Experience building and working with high-performing teams in a complex organization with a focus on process improvement (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various levels of management (preferred).
Ability to use and analyze data or organizational metrics to foster continuous improvement (preferred).
Ability to flex approach based on the needs of the team or organization (preferred).
