As a Technical Project Manager III within the Consumer & Community Banking Core Engineering Solutions team, you will drive and improve the engineer experience across the entire organization. You will lead the intake and prioritization process for a portfolio of operational and technology initiatives, ensuring work is effectively sequenced and communicated to stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities include establishing quality assurance processes, developing executive-level dashboards, and identifying risks to maintain program momentum. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program planning and risk synthesis while championing agile methodologies. Key requirements include expertise in technical program management, analytical reasoning, and data-driven decision-making. You will solve complex problems by balancing delivery discipline with creativity to optimize the product development process and enhance overall operational excellence.
Lead the intake and prioritization process for a portfolio of operational and technology initiatives.
Establish and manage quality assurance processes to ensure work requests are well-defined and supported by clear requirements.
Provide leadership to Product Owners and Technical Partners regarding non-feature work and operating metrics.
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into portfolio performance.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and reuse-first practices for program governance.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management or product management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Strong organizational, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills to support operational excellence and strategic planning.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests simultaneously.
Process-oriented with strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
Experience building and working with high-performing teams in a complex organization with a focus on process improvement (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various levels of management in business and technology (preferred).
Ability to use and analyze data/organizational metrics to foster continuous improvement (preferred).
