Vice President AI Data Products

What you'll do

• Execute and refine the firmwide approach for developing and registering curated data products.
• Gather feedback from pilot programs to improve organizational guidance on data product management.
• Identify high-priority data products with Lines of Business to ensure they are extensible for organization-wide use.
• Ensure all data products are consistently registered in the firmwide catalog for easy discovery.
• Create strategic reports and white papers that synthesize expert input into clear data strategy initiatives.
• Define effectiveness metrics, such as OKRs and KPIs, and provide synthesized analysis to senior management.
• Translate complex technical data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to data leaders to drive the adoption of best practices across the firm.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management, data engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning domains.
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
• Ability to solve complex problems with multiple constraints using sound judgment and data-driven narratives.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate business needs to technical teams and convey technical issues to business leadership.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in data management tools and cloud-native platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Starburst (preferred).
