Custom Loan Transaction Coordinator

What you'll do

• Execute trades accurately from order entry through settlement while resolving discrepancies with traders.
• Monitor and reconcile trading accounts to ensure operational accuracy.
• Implement process improvements and automation technologies to enhance the efficiency of the operating platform.
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review and strategic discussions.
• Mentor and train junior team members on work activities and procedures.
• Utilize analytical skills to solve problems and support strategic initiatives.

• Proven experience in trading or financial services with a strong foundation in industry practices and operations.

• Solid understanding of trading systems and financial markets.
• Proficient in using trading platforms and software (preferred).
• Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements in the trading industry (preferred).
• Skilled in leveraging digital literacy to integrate innovative technologies (preferred).
• Capable of utilizing AI and machine learning to enhance trade service processes (preferred).
