Senior Associate Tokenization Product

What you'll do

• Develop product and design strategies in coordination with analytics, business, and engineering partners.
• Create intuitive user experiences for complex data insights and workflows.
• Provide Tokenization domain expertise to the agile development team and facilitate workshops.
• Track and curate actionable reports and metrics in collaboration with the analytics team.
• Convert business needs into user stories and process flows for the development team.
• Ensure technical designs, test plans, and scripts accurately reflect requirements during development.
• Conduct pre-release reviews including regression testing and quality assurance to certify production readiness.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management, financial services, and digital.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US.
• Ability to build digital products while balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Proven success collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across product, technology, and design teams.
• Strong understanding of product development using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in online payments including wallets and digital payment journeys (preferred).
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
