Embedded Payments Product Manager Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver product and platform strategies from 0-1 in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Manage the entire product delivery lifecycle from initial ideation through to production.
• Define product goals, requirements, KPIs, user stories, and process flows for development teams.
• Work with developers and testers to translate requirements into technical designs and test plans.
• Conduct pre-release reviews including regression testing and quality assurance to certify production readiness.
• Manage the product backlog, grooming, agile delivery, and go-to-market launch activities.
• Monitor performance against goals and create remediation plans for necessary product enhancements.
• Ensure a strong risk and controls environment by collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services and/or product management.
• Deep experience in the financial technology or payments industry with knowledge of payment flows, digital wallets, and money movement.
• Proven track record of driving results within large, highly matrixed organizations while navigating ambiguity and complex problems (preferred).
• Experience managing risk and controls at scale.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive teams.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
