The Product Manager, Digital Assets — Tokenization will join the team to build next-generation digital asset infrastructure connecting traditional capital markets with blockchain technologies. This role involves owning the tokenization product roadmap across issuance, trading, settlement, and smart contract-enabled functionality. You will define end-to-end workflows for clearing, custody, and corporate actions while translating institutional requirements into scalable product capabilities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Engineering on APIs, data models, and security controls to support low-latency, high-volume systems. Required expertise includes digital asset knowledge, trading workflows, and on-chain fluency with L1/L2 ecosystems, smart contracts, and RWAs. You must navigate complex regulatory, operational, and technical challenges to move tokenization from concept to adoption within the institutional financial markets, specifically addressing market structure, execution, and post-trade operations.
Own the tokenization product roadmap across issuance, trading, settlement, and smart contract functionality.
Define end-to-end workflows for issuance, trading, clearing, settlement, custody, and corporate actions.
Translate institutional client requirements into scalable product capabilities and technical specifications.
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on APIs, data models, security controls, and integration strategies.
Support the development of low-latency, high-volume systems for institutional-grade market infrastructure.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to design compliant operating models and controls.
Drive product launches, stakeholder alignment, and continuous product improvement.
What we're looking for
Must have 8+ years of product management experience in digital assets, capital markets, exchange technology, fintech, or enterprise software.
Must have experience building or managing products for trading platforms, exchanges, electronic markets, or high-volume financial systems.
Must have experience working with blockchain technologies, tokenized assets, smart contracts, or on-chain financial infrastructure.
Must have deep understanding of capital markets trading workflows, including market structure, execution, clearing, settlement, and post-trade operations.
Must have on-chain fluency with L1/L2 ecosystems, smart-contract basics, tokenization/RWAs, wallets, custody, DEXs/AMMs, and on-chain data/oracles.
Must have experience working in regulated environments and partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
Experience building or supporting on-chain trading platforms, digital asset marketplaces, or tokenized market infrastructure (preferred).
