As a Senior Product Associate within the Corporate & Investment Banking Planning & Analysis Data Transformation and Innovation team, you will drive product development and optimization to enhance business reporting and analytics. You will partner with managers to identify opportunities through user research, journey mapping, and market analysis while translating user needs into prioritized backlogs, epics, and user stories. Your daily work involves designing AI-enabled capabilities, including multi-agentic workflows and Model Context Protocol, to improve data consumption and decision-making. You will manage the product lifecycle by tracking metrics like cost and quality while navigating complex financial data models. Required skills include proficiency in the product development life cycle, data literacy, and SQL for reporting. Preferred technical expertise includes AWS, Databricks, large language models, and experience with self-service analytics tools within highly governed financial services environments.
Identify new product opportunities through user research, discovery, and market analysis.
Translate user needs into prioritized backlogs, requirements, epics, and user stories.
Develop and execute data and product strategies focused on reporting and analytics modernization.
Design and deliver AI-enabled capabilities including multi-agentic workflows and intelligent automation.
Analyze and track product metrics regarding time, cost, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Define data requirements and acceptance criteria based on complex financial data models.
Present technical information clearly to both technical teams and non-technical senior stakeholders.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Proficiency in the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Ability to formulate product strategy, maintain a roadmap, and manage a prioritized backlog.
Strong understanding of data models and business intelligence tools.
Financial services industry domain expertise within complex, highly governed environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field like Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Economics.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Databricks), AI/ML technologies, and SQL for data analysis (preferred).
