Senior Associate AI Product

What you'll do

• Own the foundational NAC roadmap and strategy to deliver scalable agentic experiences across web and mobile.
• Design and scale cross-channel frameworks including rendering patterns, UI component libraries, and interaction standards.
• Define and evolve conversational foundations such as reusable functions, guardrails, and response structures.
• Translate platform needs into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog for foundational capabilities, widgets, and platform integrations to align with strategic goals.
• Establish platform quality and scale mechanisms including documentation, governance, and integration playbooks.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify new opportunities and inform the product roadmap.
• Analyze and track product metrics regarding work time, cost, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Proven ability to deliver and scale capabilities across complex, multi-channel digital products including design systems and platform enablement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and drive decisions independently.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
• Experience with AI-driven or agentic product experiences, personalization engines, or proactive customer communication platforms (preferred).
