What you'll do

Manage Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical hardware.
Provide Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications.
Troubleshoot application functionality, crashes, and performance issues.
Investigate user performance and work with external teams to improve experience.
Provide remote end-user desktop support.
Identify and resolve system incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
Provide initial triage, response, and notifications for system incidents.
Participate in special projects as required.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must possess a current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
CompTIA Security+ CE Certification is preferred.
Must have 5+ years of related systems administration experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
Must have experience with Linux, Microsoft Windows, and System Administration.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP, and ITIL v3 or higher is required.
