What you'll do

Maintain and repair computer, voice, video, network, and server hardware equipment.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
Perform daily systems checks and datacenter walkthroughs to identify alerts or service degradations.
Resolve incidents and fulfill requests including Install Move Add Change Disposal (IMACD) support.
Re-image software to approved baseline standards and run diagnostics to repair corrupted files.
Update incident documentation, configuration management databases, and knowledge articles.
Provide technical support and status updates to customers, managers, and stakeholders.
Execute hardware maintenance tasks such as reseating cards, rebooting systems, and replacing cabling.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must possess a current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification, with CompTIA Security+ CE as the minimum.
Must have 1+ years of related experience.
Must have technical training, a certification, or a degree.
Must have experience with desktop computers, thin clients, servers, VoIP phones, video conferencing, and cabling standards.
Must have an understanding of systems administration, testing equipment, and ITIL best practices.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Save
