What you'll do

Maintain and repair computer, voice, video, network, and server hardware equipment.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
Perform daily systems checks and datacenter walkthroughs to identify alerts or service degradations.
Resolve system service failures and incident tickets within established program resolution timelines.
Re-image software to approved baseline standards and run diagnostics to repair corrupted files.
Update incident documentation, configuration management databases, and knowledge articles.
Provide technical support and situational awareness to leadership regarding incident troubleshooting and resolution status.
Execute Install Move Add Change Disposal (IMACD) support and asset configuration management.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must possess a current CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
Must have 1+ years of related experience.
Must have technical training, a certification, or a degree.
Must have knowledge of desktop computers, thin clients, servers, VoIP phones, video conferencing, and cabling standards.
Must have an understanding of systems administration, testing equipment, and ITIL best practices.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
