What you'll do

Manage physical and VDI-based Windows and Linux workstations.
Troubleshoot user, workstation, and application functionality for Linux and Windows environments.
Identify and resolve technical incidents using both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
Provide remote end-user support for geographically dispersed users.
Maintain multiple large enterprise environments spanning multiple security enclaves.
Coordinate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in special projects as required by the customer.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must possess a current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
CompTIA Security+ CE Certification is the preferred certification.
Must have 8+ years of related systems administration experience.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have experience with Linux environments, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Must have experience with Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administration.
