What you'll do

Provide Tier 2 support for incident resolution in a mixed Windows and Linux enterprise environment.
Perform Linux system administration including user management, permissions, and performance diagnostics for RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
Support Windows workstations and servers by managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
Troubleshoot application crashes, system performance issues, and network connectivity problems.
Provide remote and on-site end-user desktop support to resolve escalated technical issues.
Manage service desk escalations and incident reporting using tools like ServiceNow or NETS.
Participate in incident triage and real-time response efforts for mission-critical infrastructure.
Execute special projects and develop long-term solutions for recurring system issues.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work/military experience).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems administration with Tier 2 support capabilities.
Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
Proficiency in Linux administration including RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
US Citizenship.
