What you'll do

Maintain and support IT infrastructure including desktop computers, thin clients, servers, and network cabling.
Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of information systems applications and peripheral hardware.
Conduct daily system checks and datacenter walkthroughs to identify alerts, alarms, or service degradations.
Resolve technical incidents and fulfill requests for equipment moves, adds, changes, and disposals (IMACD).
Troubleshoot and resolve system failures within established program timelines for critical and essential services.
Perform hardware repairs including reseating cards, rebooting systems, replacing components, and replacing cabling.
Re-image or reload software to approved baseline standards and run diagnostics to repair corrupted files.
Update incident documentation, configuration management databases (CMDB), and knowledge articles.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have at least 1 year of related experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or technical support.
Must possess an active CompTIA Security+ CE certification (or other DoD Information Assurance certification).
Must have a degree, technical training, or relevant certifications.
Must have knowledge of desktop computers, thin clients, servers, VoIP phones, video conferencing, and cabling standards.
Must be proficient in ITIL best practices and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
