What you'll do

Maintain and support computer, voice, video, network, and server hardware equipment.
Install, upgrade, repair, and troubleshoot information systems applications and peripheral hardware.
Perform daily systems checks and datacenter walkthroughs to identify alerts, alarms, or service degradations.
Resolve system service failures and incident tickets within established program resolution timelines.
Re-image software to approved baseline standards and run diagnostics to repair storage discs or corrupted files.
Update incident documentation, configuration management databases, knowledge articles, and training resources.
Provide situational awareness to leadership regarding incident troubleshooting actions and resolution status.
Execute Install Move Add Change Disposal (IMACD) support and asset configuration management.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have 1+ years of related experience.
Must possess a current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification, with CompTIA Security+ CE as the minimum.
Must have a degree, technical training, or relevant certification.
Must have an understanding of desktop computers, thin clients, servers, VoIP phones, video conferencing, and cabling standards.
Must have knowledge of systems administration, testing equipment, and ITIL best practices.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
