Risk-Dallas-Vice President-Product Management joins the Non-Financial Risk & Controls Engineering Program Management team within the Core Engineering group. This role focuses on leading program management for a large transformational initiative known as the Enterprise Risk Management Non-Financial Risk transformation. The individual will bridge the gap between strategy and execution by translating senior stakeholder direction into practical plans, managing cross-initiative dependencies, and developing executive-ready materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams to align on scope, defining success metrics, and facilitating governance forums to resolve blockers. The role requires expertise in program management, transformation, risk management, and compliance. Key competencies include synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations and communicating topics like process simplification, foundational data, and AI-enabled capabilities. Candidates should possess strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to manage multi-year execution plans.
Lead program management for large transformational initiatives by connecting strategic objectives to execution plans.
Translate senior stakeholder direction into clear program structures and actionable engineering solutions.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams to align on scope, delivery expectations, and success metrics.
Develop executive-ready materials and strategy updates to communicate complex topics to senior leadership.
Create multi-year execution plans that include simplification opportunities and target-state design activities.
Facilitate working sessions and governance forums to resolve blockers and drive stakeholder alignment.
Define and monitor program success metrics to adjust execution or strategy as needed.
Communicate complex technical topics like AI capabilities and operating model transformations in business-friendly language.
What we're looking for
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, strategy, risk management, compliance management, product management, or management consulting.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholder visibility.
Ability to connect strategy to execution by translating high-level objectives into workplans, milestones, and decision points.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing executive-level materials and simplifying complex topics.
Strong stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across business, risk, engineering, and transformation teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize large volumes of information into clear recommendations.
Experience in non-financial risk, compliance, operational risk, or enterprise risk transformation (preferred); experience with AI, automation, or data strategy (preferred).
