Manager, Engineering Program Management, Strategic Data Solutions

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Engineering Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists to deliver compliance engineering strategies.
• Drive the development of new integrations, analytic solutions, and process improvements for the SDS Compliance team.
• Partner with business leaders in finance, legal, operations, and security to identify opportunities and balance trade-offs.
• Communicate project status, roadblocks, and analytic results to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Resolve project roadblocks and align partners with competing priorities in changing legal and regulatory environments.
• Oversee the delivery of automated and forensic decisions using machine learning to improve speed and scale.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs while ensuring all deliverables meet strategy, cost, and risk requirements.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in engineering, math, or computer science.
• Prior people leadership experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and navigate evolving regulations to produce clear, actionable guidance.
• Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships across engineering, legal, and policy stakeholders to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to audiences ranging from technical engineers to senior leadership.
• Track record of leading multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities and delivering reliably.
• Experience in governance, financial regulatory compliance, or a related field (preferred).
