Manager, Engineering Program Management, Strategic Data Solutions

What you'll do

• Lead a team of project managers, business analysts, and data scientists to deliver the compliance engineering strategy.
• Drive new integrations, analytic solutions, and process improvements across cross-functional teams.
• Manage the balance between impact, cost, resourcing, timeline, strategy, and risk for new business opportunities.
• Communicate project status, roadblocks, and analytical results to executive leadership and various stakeholders.
• Resolve project roadblocks and align partners with competing priorities in changing regulatory environments.
• Drive decision automation using machine learning to improve speed, control, and scale.
• Build and sustain partnerships across engineering, legal, and policy teams to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Mentor and develop direct reports while advancing the goals of the SDS Compliance program.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in engineering, math, or computer science.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management or project management within AppleCare or SDS.
• Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships across engineering, legal, and policy stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate evolving regulations to produce clear, actionable guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical engineers and senior leadership.
• Track record of managing multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities.
• Experience in governance, financial regulatory compliance, or risk management is preferred.
• Previous people management experience is a plus.
