What you'll do

Develop, design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software across the full product lifecycle.
Build and operate platforms, applications, and data solutions for risk, compliance, and financial reporting.
Utilize AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and debugging.
Validate and productionize AI-generated outputs to ensure security, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.
Process large datasets involving real-time processing, messaging, workflows, and UI/UX components.
Design surveillance processes using analytical skills to identify and mitigate firm risks.
Implement quantitative methodologies and models for the measurement of risk, capital, and liquidity.
Integrate AI agents and prompt engineering to automate routine tasks like bug triage and dependency upgrades.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Expertise in Java and/or Python development.
Experience with automated testing and SDLC concepts.
Ability to clearly express ideas and arguments in meetings and on paper.
Proficiency using AI-assisted developer tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Devin for code generation and debugging.
Ability to critically evaluate and productionize AI-generated outputs for quality and security.
Experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
