As a Vice President - Technology M&A Integration Project Manager within the Foundation Engineering team, you will lead the technical integration of acquired businesses from transaction signing through long-term platform convergence. You will serve as a strategic integrator across engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and risk management functions to manage post-signing technology due diligence and execute complex workstreams involving data migration, identity and access management, cloud environments, and SaaS applications. The role requires you to develop integration roadmaps, identify technical debt, and resolve operational constraints while balancing speed, cost, and security. You will utilize expertise in enterprise systems integration, infrastructure, and vendor management to optimize the M&A lifecycle. This position solves the critical business problem of integrating disparate technology estates into a unified, secure corporate architecture following acquisitions within a complex global matrix environment.

What you'll do

  • Conduct technology due diligence on acquired companies, including infrastructure, cloud environments, security controls, and vendor contracts.
  • Identify technical debt, risk gaps, and integration dependencies to create actionable mitigation plans for executive decision-making.
  • Lead end-to-end technology integration workstreams from initial transaction signing through Day 1 readiness and long-term platform convergence.
  • Manage complex project lifecycles including data migration, identity management, cybersecurity remediation, and infrastructure integration.
  • Develop transition-state architectures that balance business continuity with security, cost, and regulatory requirements.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive timely decisions and accountable execution across a global matrix.
  • Analyze recurring integration patterns to improve the scalability, speed, and predictability of the M&A lifecycle.
  • Build evidence-based business cases for retaining or integrating high-value technologies from acquired firms into the firm's portfolio.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in technology program management, enterprise systems integration, technology consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technology workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, or major business transformations.
  • Experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream programs involving senior stakeholders and material operational risk.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise domains including cloud/on-premises infrastructure, SaaS governance, data migration, identity management, and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to assess technology architectures, integration dependencies, technical debt, control maturity, and operational support models.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in global investment banking, management consultancy, or large-scale enterprise transformation environments (preferred).
