What you'll do

Build high-quality wire harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, robotics, and environmental simulation equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to support production and qualification processes.
Update technical documentation and train line technicians on standard procedures.
Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing and testing equipment.
Interpret various sources of information ranging from formal documentation to informal sketches.
Identify design gaps and apply technical expertise to resolve them.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines and critical requests.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
1+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly.
Associate degree (preferred).
3+ years of experience with hardware testing (preferred).
Experience fabricating and debugging harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, and test stations (preferred).
Knowledge of electronics theory, soldering, wire crimping, and various electrical debug tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.) (preferred).
Proficiency in software including Windows/Linux, version control, CAD tools, and Python or BASH scripting (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
