As a Test Specialist (Starlink Aviation), you will join the team responsible for developing test systems and infrastructure for Starlink aviation products. What you'll do

Design, procure, and assemble mechanical and electrical test systems for Starlink aviation platforms.
Build wire harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, robotics, and environmental simulation equipment.
Operate and collect data for vibration, shock, thermal, and RF testing to meet FAA requirements.
Perform in situ troubleshooting and configuration for production, engineering, and qualification tests.
Manage first article builds by identifying shortages and updating technical documentation.
Manage supply chains and vendors for outsourced equipment manufacturing.
Develop and manage maintenance plans for production equipment.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
3+ years of hands on experience with mechanical, structural, fluid, or electrical systems.
2+ years of experience performing electronic testing and inspection using portable measuring devices.
Associate degree (preferred).
2+ years of experience working in a production or engineering function (preferred).
Experience fabricating harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, and test stations (preferred).
Electromechanical design and debug skills including PCBAs, wire harnesses, and line automation (preferred).
Proficiency with electrical debug tools, software environments like Linux/Windows, and programming languages such as Bash or Python (preferred).
