As the Technology Strategy Leader - Enterprise Data, AI & Platforms - Hybrid, you will join the Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms team to shape how the organization utilizes data, analytics, AI, and shared technology services. You will be responsible for leading an integrated technology strategy and roadmap, turning enterprise goals into actionable portfolios by clarifying scope, tradeoffs, and value measures. Your daily work involves building investment cases, establishing governance routines, and improving platform experience through better onboarding and documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, architecture, security, and compliance to remove barriers and align decisions. Key competencies include expertise in cloud platforms, modern data and analytics architecture, and responsible AI strategy. This role addresses the challenge of scaling AI adoption and managing complex infrastructure within a regulated environment to drive measurable value.
Lead an integrated technology strategy and multi-year roadmap across Data, AI, and Platforms.
Translate enterprise goals into actionable portfolios by defining scope, trade-offs, and value measures.
Improve platform experience through better onboarding, documentation, support, and observability to reduce friction.
Build investment cases that link funding decisions to measurable outcomes like adoption and cost efficiency.
Establish governance routines, decision rights, and risk escalation paths to improve transparency.
Advance responsible AI strategy by prioritizing intake and scaling experiments across the enterprise.
Align cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, security, finance, and operations to remove execution barriers.
What we're looking for
15 or more years of experience in technology strategy, operating model transformation, platform product leadership, program leadership, or portfolio leadership.
Experience leading enterprise-scale roadmaps, governance models, standards, dependency management, and cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment.
Strong executive communication skills to simplify complex topics and create clear action plans.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align product, engineering, architecture, governance, operations, and business stakeholders.
Experience partnering with engineering teams on cloud platforms, modern data and analytics architecture, or shared technology platforms.
Experience operating in a regulated environment and partnering with security, privacy, or compliance teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, data, analytics, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and driving enterprise adoption in healthcare or financial services (preferred).
