What you'll do

Research and evaluate emerging technologies like agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and spatial computing for agency use.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for senior leadership to support infrastructure modernization.
Author technical white papers, architectural assessments, and strategic roadmaps regarding new technology impacts.
Deliver high-level, data-driven briefings to senior executives to provide recommendations for technology adoption.
Develop frameworks for the ethical and effective governance of AI systems within a federal environment.
Provide rapid-response analysis on complex, evolving technical topics and mission-critical taskers.
Ensure all technological integrations and research methodologies comply with federal standards and security protocols.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 8+ years of experience in technical project management or technology strategy.
10+ years of experience in technical project management or technology strategy in lieu of a degree.
Experience researching and evaluating emerging technologies including AI, Edge Computing, or Quantum.
Experience with technical writing to produce white papers, decks, and strategic reports for government or enterprise clients.
Experience with AI governance frameworks and the implementation of large-scale AI solutions.
Knowledge of federal IT standards, Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks, and government procurement processes.
Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical senior executives.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
