What you'll do

  • Create and refine service center workflows to improve repair accuracy and shop efficiency.
  • Manage technical documentation and shift handovers to maintain a "Gold Standard" for the team.
  • Lead medium-to-high complexity projects related to fleet reliability from start to finish.
  • Analyze data to develop scalable solutions for recurring systemic fleet issues.
  • Translate high-level key results into daily tasks while reporting fleet health trends to leadership.

What we're looking for

  • You must have 3-5 years of service work experience.
  • You must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and successfully complete an MVR check.
  • You must be able to perform advanced repairs, including component-level troubleshooting on electrical systems and hardware.
  • You must demonstrate excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
  • You must have strong experience in work order management systems.
  • Prior experience in vehicle or fleet service is required.
  • Leading or training team members is a major plus (preferred).
