What you'll do

Lead a team of technicians to maximize uptime and fleet utilization during the PM shift.
Partner with Service Engineering to identify tooling and jig needs for new platform deployments.
Track technician productivity and manage resources effectively to meet operational goals.
Enforce adherence to Service SOPs regarding work orders and parts management.
Coordinate the professional development and career paths of service technicians.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and explain variances.
Maintain accountability for the uptime and condition of all tools and equipment.
Manage shift handoffs by communicating open work orders, escalations, and parts status.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in service operations, field service, or technical operations.
2+ years of experience leading service technicians or field teams with ownership of performance and execution.
Experience with work order systems and operational KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, throughput, and SLA.
Experience scaling operations, launching new markets, or supporting infrastructure buildouts.
Preferred experience in robotics, autonomous systems, electric vehicles, aircraft, or similar complex systems.
Preferred mobile or field service background.
Familiarity with service platforms like MaintainX or JIRA is preferred.
A valid U.S. driver's license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check are required.
