As a Technical Support III - QA Automation within the Commercial and Investment Banking - Healthcare Payments Group, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve production service interruptions for internally and externally developed systems to ensure a seamless user experience. Your daily responsibilities include developing scalable automation scripts, designing comprehensive test coverage for positive and negative scenarios, and performing thorough results analysis. You will utilize Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, BlazeMeter, and Java to build automated suites. Additionally, you will perform API testing on REST web services and use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for incident triage and trend analysis. You must maintain detailed documentation, report bugs to development teams, and provide coaching to build team testing capabilities.
Develop reliable and scalable automation scripts using Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, and Java.
Design comprehensive test coverage for positive and negative scenarios and execute automated test suites.
Use enterprise-authorized AI to perform incident triage and trend analysis on operational signals.
Maintain detailed documentation of test execution activities and log all identified defects.
Report bugs and anomalies to the development team and participate in diagnostic and remediation activities.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to build testing capabilities and expertise.
Conduct product feature demonstrations for business stakeholders to showcase new functionality.
Contribute to Testing Center of Excellence initiatives to optimize processes and drive transformation.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud.
Hands-on knowledge in Test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, BlazeMeter and JAVA.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support production support workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted incident recommendations before action, escalating when uncertain and following operational and security expectations.
Working experience of performing API testing on REST web services through automation.
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting (preferred).
Working understanding of public cloud (preferred).
