What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot test automation solutions for complex applications.
  • Create secure, high-quality test automation code and maintain synchronized algorithms.
  • Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to improve code quality, refactoring, and unit test creation.
  • Develop test data solutions from large, diverse datasets to support global quality coverage.
  • Identify patterns in code quality and data to improve system architecture and coding hygiene.
  • Conduct automation feasibility studies and determine return on investment for testing initiatives.
  • Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
  • Execute automated testing across API, web services, and microservices using tools like Selenium or Playwright.

What we're looking for

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with the ability to critically evaluate and validate outputs.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security expectations.
  • Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle and exposure to agile methodologies like CI/CD, Version Control, and Security.
  • Expertise in Test Automation, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, BDD, and TDD.
  • Proficiency in SQL for test data management and knowledge of Java.
  • Hands-on practical experience with tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Playwright.
  • Oracle HCM testing or configuration experience.
  • Experience designing scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG, or similar technologies (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python or other object-oriented programming languages (preferred).
  • Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps (preferred).
  • Knowledge of API, web services, and microservices testing using REST Assured, Postman, or Karate (preferred).
  • Experience with performance, reliability, and resiliency testing using JMeter or LoadRunner (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based application testing in AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker (preferred).
