QA Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web applications.
• Build and maintain automation tooling using Playwright.
• Create comprehensive test strategies including both manual and automated scenarios.
• Execute manual testing including exploratory, functional, regression, and user acceptance tests.
• Integrate and run automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Create dashboards and reporting metrics to track release quality and improvements.
• Contribute to release planning and software design in collaboration with product managers and architects.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in software testing including planning, case creation, execution, and defect reporting for 5+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
• Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing workflows.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and React.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating in a team environment and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Knowledge of load, stress, or performance testing tools and Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred.
