QA Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web applications.
• Build and maintain automation tooling using Playwright.
• Create comprehensive test strategies including both manual and automated test scenarios.
• Build and run automated tests as part of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Execute manual testing including exploratory, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Create dashboards and reporting metrics to drive release quality and continuous improvements.
• Contribute to release planning and software design with product managers and architects.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in software testing, including test planning, case creation, execution, and defect reporting, typically 5+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation.
• Expert knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools for both manual and automated testing.
• Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, Agile methodologies, and web technologies like HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience in React (preferred).
• Familiarity with load, stress, or performance testing tools and methodologies (preferred).
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (preferred).
