JOB TITLE: Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will join a versatile team of engineers and operational experts to maintain a network of simulators and modeling capabilities for various units. You will provide first-line technical support for elite warfighters, performing Tier 1-2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across local air and ground simulation systems. Your daily responsibilities include conducting operational checks, performing preventative maintenance, installing new simulators, and managing software releases and deployments. You must ensure systems remain compliant with training requirements and maintain an Authority to Operate. Required skills include experience with complex networked distributed systems, basic network and operating systems, and creating technical documentation.
