You will also provide technical workshops and guidance on app modernization and production readiness while advocating for customer needs to engineering teams.

What you'll do

Design secure, scalable solutions based on customer IT and business priorities to drive production adoption.
Lead technical engagements including architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones.
Manage end-to-end technical delivery results and ensure accurate workload-level RACIs are completed.
Generate incremental pipeline by aligning engagement outcomes with specific growth and modernization initiatives.
Utilize repeatable IP, templates, and frameworks to improve scalable delivery quality and accelerate adoption.
Oversee the health, resiliency, security, and capacity management of mission-critical AI workloads.
Act as the Voice of the Customer by reporting product gaps and deployment blockers to engineering teams.
Provide technical workshops and guidance to support customer and partner skilling in AI and cloud technologies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, cloud, software development, or related technologies.
Experience in IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, or technology solutions.
Expertise in architecture design, proof of concepts, and production milestones for scalable solutions.
Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, and integration services.
Ability to manage workload health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, and capacity management.
Experience conducting technical workshops and providing guidance on app modernization and production readiness.
U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
