Lead Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Execute change management activities while ensuring compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Apply analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations for efficiency.
• Champion agile delivery practices and promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management and product delivery for complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes and managing release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
• Knowledge of product development life cycle, design, data analytics, ServiceNOW, or platform as a product (preferred).
