Technical Project Manager III, Solution Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans including scope, milestones, resourcing, and timelines for ET&P capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Establish and maintain the program operating rhythm including intake, prioritization, release planning, and status reporting.
• Improve CI/CD and release capabilities by managing roadmaps and tracking outcomes with partner engineering teams.
• Use data-driven insights such as DORA metrics and usage trends to improve developer productivity and adoption.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management leading complex technology initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across engineering, product, and business leaders.
• Ability to independently reason through system behavior, production issues, and reliability/scalability trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Proven track record managing dependencies, risks, and delivery in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong data-driven approach to define metrics, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
• Technical fluency across modern engineering practices including CI/CD, SDLC, release engineering, observability, and incident management.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for solution analysis with a focus on validation and data sensitivity.
• Experience applying AI and automation to reduce engineering toil and improve delivery efficiency.
