What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for technology solutions.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Oversee identity and access management, data quality, and data retention policies.
Lead partner teams in disaster recovery, security, and vulnerability management efforts.
Manage vendor relationships for SaaS applications and components.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure application stability, resiliency, and compliance with firm policies.
Analyze program performance to implement data-driven optimizations for improved efficiency.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to build relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Technical exposure in resiliency, governance, risk, compliance, asset management, vulnerability management, security operations, and identity and access management.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Superior analytical reasoning, communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills to distill guidance into actionable tasks.
Experience with healthcare payments or financial technology environments (preferred); experience with SaaS and internal applications (preferred).
