As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Commercial and Investment Bank – Healthcare Payments Group, you will drive the delivery of complex technology projects and programs to meet business goals. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources and budgets, and lead high-performing teams through the full lifecycle of technology solutions. Your daily work involves identifying risks, championing agile methodologies, and overseeing identity and access management, data quality, and disaster recovery. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data sensitivity compliance. Key skills include stakeholder management, analytical reasoning, and technical exposure to resiliency, governance, risk, and security operations. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure application stability and compliance within a healthcare payments environment.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster innovation.
Oversee identity and access management, data quality, and data retention and destruction.
Lead partner teams in disaster recovery, security, and vulnerability management efforts.
Oversee vendor management for SaaS applications and components.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure application stability, resiliency, and compliance with firm policies.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish productive relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Technical exposure in resiliency, governance, risk, compliance, asset management, vulnerability management, incident management, development, operations, security, and identity and access management.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Superior control orientation, analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Experience supporting a mix of SaaS and internally developed applications (preferred).
Familiarity with healthcare payments or financial technology environments (preferred).
