What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Partner with internal customers to manage end-to-end delivery, operational readiness, and ongoing maintenance.
Facilitate decision-making through formal governance, stakeholder communication, and transparent status reporting.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while driving timely resolutions.
Define deliverables and acceptance criteria with software engineering, quality assurance, product, and operations partners.
Monitor progress against plans and adjust priorities or schedules to manage cross-team dependencies.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate project planning, risk synthesis, and status narratives.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts while ensuring human review and validation.

What we're looking for

3+ years of applied experience in technical project or program management leading complex technology initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, risk, and governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down business and technical objectives into actionable plans.
Technical fluency with modern platforms and delivery concepts, including progressing systems from prototype to production.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for project management workflows with strong validation habits.
Experience partnering with technology operations teams to support production readiness and continuous improvement activities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline (preferred).
Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, or shared services delivery organizations (preferred).
Experience with Agile delivery methods and associated tooling (preferred).
