Lead Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Own the strategy and execution for large-scale, multi-year technology programs and translate objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Establish program governance, including OKRs, financial tracking, risk management, and executive steering for multiple workstreams.
• Develop integrated program plans that define technical requirements, sequencing, resourcing, and dependencies across internal teams and vendors.
• Drive accountability across multiple teams to identify delivery gaps and resolve cross-organizational dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and product leadership to define technical strategy, scope, and success measures.
• Manage program risks and controls by identifying issues early and establishing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide executive-level reporting using data, metrics, and concise narratives to communicate program health and trade-offs.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation to improve program delivery, operational efficiency, and risk identification.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology program management demonstrating at scale delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex programs end-to-end from strategy and mobilization through execution and adoption.
• Proven success leading large-scale programs spanning multiple teams, technologies, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills to translate complex technical topics into concise narratives and recommendations.
• Strong technical fluency across modern enterprise technologies, systems, platforms, and digital tools.
• Deep expertise in program governance, risk management, dependency management, delivery health, mitigation, escalation, and contingency planning.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities to establish data-driven delivery metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• AI fluency to identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI, automation, and agentic capabilities to improve program execution (preferred).
• Experience leading firmwide or enterprise-scale technology initiatives across multiple organizations, platforms, or lines of business (preferred).
• Experience operating within a large, complex, highly regulated technology environment (preferred).
• Advanced executive communication and storytelling skills to communicate strategy, technical complexity, and risks (preferred).
• Strong senior stakeholder management, influence, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities (preferred).
• Experience establishing or improving program management operating models, governance standards, and reusable execution frameworks (preferred).
• Experience leveraging data visualization, automation, AI, or emerging technologies to improve program management (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications such as PMP or Agile (preferred).
