As a Lead Technical Program Manager - AI Infrastructure Platforms within the Corporate Technology AI Infrastructure Platforms Team, you will drive the delivery of complex technology projects and programs to meet firm-wide goals. You will develop comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines while managing budgets and high-performing teams in an agile environment. Your daily work involves identifying risks, collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams, and utilizing advanced analytical reasoning to optimize program performance. A core component of this role is the integration of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for planning, risk synthesis, and reporting, requiring rigorous validation of AI-assisted outputs. You will navigate ambiguity to solve technical problems while managing stakeholders and ensuring high-quality service delivery within the specific domain of corporate technology infrastructure and AI systems.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review of all outputs.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use while following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally (preferred).
