What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate project planning, risk synthesis, and status reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing management strategies.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with software development and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts while ensuring human review and validation.
Break down complex business and technical objectives into manageable tasks and activities using analytical reasoning.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for technical program management workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business and technical objectives.
Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management and influencing decision makers.
Strong technical fluency with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
Proficient in stakeholder management and Technology risk management (preferred).
