What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
At least 1 year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
3+ years in program management, process improvement, automation, or operations (preferred).
Experience in cloud, data center, telecommunications, or large-scale network infrastructure environments (preferred).
Hands-on experience with AI technologies and productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio (preferred).
Proficiency with 3GIS, Microsoft 365/Excel, or enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PMP certification, or knowledge of fiber delivery and telecommunications infrastructure (preferred).
