What you'll do

Lead large-scale technical programs including CI/CD, infrastructure scaling, and incident response across engineering teams.

Own programs end-to-end from initial scoping and kickoff through delivery and observability.

Establish standards, playbooks, and operational frameworks for the Technical Program Management function.

What we're looking for

5+ years of Technical Program Manager experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
Genuine AI fluency including active building with and use of tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
BA/BS degree in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Analytics.
Proven ability to lead small, cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with urgency and agency.
Ability to operate as both an executor and a leader who can raise the bar for team processes.
Proven ability to earn trust quickly and build relationships across engineering, product, and business teams.
Experience building programs at high-rigor, fast-moving companies is preferred.
A background as a software engineer or technical founder is preferred.
