What you'll do

Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from initial planning through final execution.
Manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, and communication across engineering and product organizations.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of software architecture and engineering systems.
Experience driving cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams is required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments is required.
Experience with data platforms, infrastructure, ML platforms, or developer productivity is a plus.
Prior experience in fintech or other highly regulated environments is a plus.
