What you'll do

  • Establish operating rhythms and governance structures to keep stakeholders aligned and resolve blockers through clear decision logs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies by developing proactive mitigation plans and managing escalations.
  • Define and track program metrics like OKRs and KPIs to provide executive-ready status reports and data-driven insights.
  • Design and implement scalable program mechanisms, including intake processes, planning templates, and post-launch reviews.
  • Standardize documentation and tooling in Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet to improve visibility and delivery predictability.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members while improving overall execution standards across the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and security concepts.
  • Ability to engage with technical teams to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and identify non-obvious dependencies.
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Excel.
