What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, technical operations, infrastructure, manufacturing, or data analysis.

Ability to define scope, develop plans and schedules, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive issues to resolution is required.
Must have experience working with technical teams including infrastructure, networking, systems engineering, cybersecurity, manufacturing, software, or hardware engineering.
Strong analytical skills for developing and maintaining operational models, forecasts, dashboards, scorecards, or similar decision-support tools are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate status, risks, and recommendations to technical and business audiences are required.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience with hardware manufacturing/cybersecurity, or PMP/Scrum certifications are preferred.
